The launch of our new site is to provide both staff and the general public get a better feel for the organisation and understand what the service is for.

New vehicles, purchased Oct '05, Toyota Rav 4. Satellite Navigation has now been fitted to help drivers find their destination, it is imperative that the correct area and postcodes are given when patient details are recorded.

• Telephone Systems Upgrade
Has significantly improved access and the organisations ability to match resources to peak demand.

• Clinical Systems enhanced
To provide computerised prescriptions

• Dispensing of Medicines
From April 2nd for consultations that take place after 21:30 and before 8am only, should the doctor believe in his/her clinical opinion you require medication that cannot wait until the following morning, then the medicines will be dispensed from Basford House.

If you pay for your prescriptions, payment will be requested in the normal way (£6.85 per item)
If you are exempt from charges, evidence of exemption will be requested.

Please note: it is not the policy of NSUC to issue repeat prescriptions. These should be ordered directly from your GP in the normal manner.
